I’m a former educator and librarian turned mindfulness advocate for humans of all ages.
Using mindfulness practices with kids has completely changed my teaching and parenting. It's allowed me to:
- Feel more connected and in tune with my kids
- Create a routine mindfulness practice that helps us manage daily challenges
- Build confidence knowing I'm teaching them life-changing practices they'll keep as they grow
